Currently, our office works with the following programs. This partial list is meant to serve as a basic reference tool- each individual plan MUST be qualified and, if necessary, pre-authorization must be obtained to provide greater certainty for coverage.
Pre-qualification or participation is NEVER to imply assurance of payment until a remittance form the insurance company is received.

All or some of these insurance carriers are accepted at both locations. Please call for more information.
Please be aware that, although individual insurance companies may require referral for payment, Doctors of Chiropractic are licensed as portal of entry (no need for referral) doctors. Your ACCEPTANCE for chiropractic care in this office is regardless of insurance coverage.
We are happy to serve you based on your needs rather than your insurance companies.
