Dr. Robert Leib

Dr. Robert Leib Graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in April of 1989. He specializes in subluxation based sports and family chiropractic care.
After practicing on Long Island, New York for three years he moved to Virginia Beach in 1992 where he has been serving the Rosemont and Little Neck areas. In October of 2007 he purchased Olde Towne Family Chiropractic in the Portsmouth waterside area which gives us two locations for our patients. He has been a national speaker for chiropractic organizations, as well as, a professor at Tidewater Community College. For over ten years he has been lecturing locally on the devastating effects stress has on our health, and currently teaches his program “Living a Stress-less Life” several times a year. He is a past president of the Hampton Roads Chiropractic Association, is now on the board of directors for the Virginia Society of Chiropractors serving as the district representative for all of Hampton Roads, and is a member of the International Chiropractors Association. Dr. Leib resides in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach and enjoys relaxing on his boat out on the Cheasapeake Bay with family.

Dr. Louis Fernandez

Dr. Louis Fernandez is originally from the NYC area. After obtaining his BS in Biology in a pre-chiropractic program at Bloomfield College, he completed his doctorate at New York Chiropractic College in 2000.
Dr. Lou was first introduced to the power of chiropractic care when his mother sustained a serious injury. She suffered for a long time under traditional medical care until discovering chiropractic. As he watched her quickly regain her health, he knew he wanted to be apart of such a wonderful profession. Through chiropractic care, Dr. Lou has personally experienced dramatic health changes and loves to share this passion with others so they might experience the same life changing benefits. Dr. Lou has extensive training in advanced soft tissue work and loves the challenge of hard to treat problems such as rotator cuff injuries, knee problems, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow & plantar fasciitis just to name a few.

Dr. Tiffany Fernandez

Dr. Tiffany (Jeffries) Fernandez is a Virginia Beach native and Norfolk Collegiate graduate, 1992. She obtained her BS in Psychology from Mary Washington College, and later went on to complete her doctorate at New York Chiropractic College in 2002.
Dr. Tiffany loves to see the power of chiropractic care at work in all her patients and has a special place in her heart for expecting mothers. She is certified in Webster technique. This chiropractic technique helps to correct sacral misalignment, balance pelvic muscles and ligaments which in turn remove torsion to the woman's uterus, its resulting constraint to the baby, and allows the baby to get into the best possible position for birth. During her second pregnancy, she experienced first hand the difference Webster technique can make in comfort and baby positioning throughout pregnancy.

Dr. Stephen Genthner

Dr. Stephen Genthner Graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2007. He specializes in family chiropractic care. After practicing in New York, Dr. Genthner moved to Virginia Beach in 2009.
In January 2009 Dr. Genthner opened Southeast Spine & Wellness Center in Virginia Beach. In August of 2009 he began treating patients at Olde Towne Family Chiropractic in the Portsmouth waterside area, which allows him two locations to see patients. His first experience as a chiropractic patient was at the age of 12. He had suffered from lower back pain and knee pain from practicing martial arts. Around the same time his mother had received a serious lower back injury. Without success elsewhere, she decided to see a local chiropractor. Dr. Genthner not only saw the great results his mother was getting, but experienced them first hand!

Dr. Ashley Parmarter

Dr. Ashley is originally from the Fingerlakes region in Upstate NY. She is the youngest of 8 and family has always been of great importance to her. She attended Keuka College for her BS in Clinical Science and completed her doctorate at New York Chiropractic College.
Dr. Ashley always knew she wanted to help others live fuller, healthier lives. When she was introduced to chiropractic in her teens, she knew it was a career and lifestyle that she needed to be a part of. She knew she made the right choice after experiencing the difference regular chiropractic adjustments had on her allergies and stress level.
Dr. Ashley is passionate about helping women and children reach their optimum health through the natural means of chiropractic. She is certified in Webster technique for expecting moms and is a proud member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She is excited to be in Portsmouth and enjoys exploring all the history and sites the area has to offer!

Laura Jennejohn Office Manager Virginia Beach Location |
Laura Jennejohn is the office manager at our Little Neck location. She is often the first smiling face to greet patients as they arrive. Laura has been a part of the Little Neck family since 2006 and was a patient of Dr. Leib's prior to joining our team. Laura is originally from Rochester, NY. A graduate of SUNY Brockport with a BS in psychology. She then moved to Virginia Beach in 2005 where her husband joined the Virginia Beach Police Department. In February 2009 they were blessed with the birth of their daughter. Laura's favorite part about working at Little Neck Family Chiropractic is meeting new people and seeing the amazing changes everday in patients' lives, as well her family's, thanks to chiropractic care.

Linda Calloway Office Manager Portsmouth Location

Linda Calloway was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. She started her 35 year airline career in 1970. While living in St. Louis Missouri she was introduced to chiropractic care, Six months later her entire family was under the care of a chiropractor. Over the years she has watched her husband's problems with arthritis and her daughter's issues with diabetes stabilize and continuously improve. After she retired, she wanted to get involved with a career helping others. Since 2005 she has enjoyed working as a Chiropractic Assistant/ Office Manager at Olde Towne family Chiropractic. She invites everyone to visit the Portsmouth office and learn how you can create a life of better health for yourself and family members.
